Indexing
The process where search engines store and organise your pages so they can appear in search results.
Indexing is the step where a search engine adds your page to its giant database after crawling it. If a page is not indexed, it simply cannot appear in search results, no matter how good it is. Crawling is finding the page; indexing is filing it away so it can be served to searchers.
Pages can fail to get indexed for many reasons, such as a "noindex" tag, thin or duplicate content, or being blocked from crawling. You can check whether your pages are indexed and request indexing for new pages using Google Search Console.
